That would make abuse and harassment worse, if every downvote had a name and reason attached to it. I'm sure most people would leave unhelpful reasons such as "this save sucks". So it would only create more problems.

I want to be able to say, "If you downvote, leave a comment" on my saves on general, but because this is asking for votes, I cannot.

i hate dislikes more than harassment
and also why not report dislike reason or ban words for dislike reason

Well, that won't work every time. For example, a person could say "no reason", "a reason", "something", or even plain nonsense. The second and fourth messages in this thread also have good reasons.

great idea on paper but implementing it is likely just gonna cause more issues since at least three-quarters of the reasons are either gonna be 'save bad' or just spam like 'sdfjnjhf rfhjvviunhauhisohiuxd[doihoveughorruo' to fill the box up, and moderating each of these is gonna be a nightmare for the mods

absolutely nothing, the comment section already does this job well enough
