i was doing some reactors on plutonium and i didnot found any way to slow down neutrons and i know that water and deuterium decelerates it but water evaporates and stop slowing neutrons and deuterium doing chernobyl
use FRZZ, FRZZ turns into FRZW and ICE(FRZW) that slows down neutrons.
it will cool down reactor and make it worse bruh
