How do i make a button when pressed, continously emits electricity until pressed again?

SPRK from the button to PSCN, next to which is CRAY(BTRY). The first time you press the button, CRAY will create a BTRY that will emit SPRKs to the wire you need. Pressing the CRAY button a second time will remove the BTRY and stop the SPRK emitting to the wire.
