Hey all, apologies if this is not the right place to ask this. I couldn't find anything else:

Since recently rediscovering TPT, I am trying to retrieve an old account I had that was last active around 3 ro 4 years ago (TheAwesomeCobra): https://powdertoy.co.uk/User.html?Name=TheAwesomeCobra

None of the passwords I could find written down have worked. I tried to reset the password using the email that I believe to have been linked with the account, and supposedly successfully reset a password. However, the "new" account information doesn't work on this site, nor within TPT. I've tried to reset the password twice by now. At one point I got an error message to try logging in again later. I'm wondering if it's possible that the accound had been shut down for inactivity or something...?
