How to make Deuterium/ Neutron Reactor

    I need help making deuterium reactor. My main problem is the reactor heating the titanium to its melting point.
    I use Titanium because i still want to experience meltdowns. Any idea how to have the reactor stable?

    i made ballz type reactor so  it stable and heats
