help, game no work (again)

    I cant even open the file now, I clicked open using terminal and NOTHING HAPPAN

    I have, it said open the file in the terminal

    It never mentioned opening the file in the terminal. You're supposed to right click anything but the file.

    What if you just navigate to the directory with powder in it, press F4, and type ./powder into the resulting terminal and press enter?

    Well, as jacob has stated, what you should and could do depends entirely on your distro, or more specifically, in this case, your file manager. Consult the manual for either.
