I have an idea for a wall. The wall when you click it it lets you choose an element and then ONLY that element can go truh.

Example:If i make a wall that only lets pass truh bcol ONLY bcol will pass truh but not fire, plsm, sawd, dest, bomb, etc.

This would be very useful for making HYGH flametrower, etc.

I support this, might work better if theres a element that does the same thing though, then you can use the existing code.

1 pixel thick pipe is basically a one way wall

I support this idea. Kind of like portal ctype but it let's things go through. What if it was am element though? Then it'd be more likely to be implemented In the future. The ctype would be what it let's through.

He meant a wall (Conductor, Ehole) that, when it's ctype is set to an element, it allows that one single type of element and blocks all others.

A wall that selectively allows elements is a good idea, as it's an indestructable alternative to a STOR/PIPE combo or a STOR/PPIP combo.  But walls can't store an editable property of any kind, so this is infeasible.

I just wanted to comment my opinion. Walls are static 4x4 objects, that don't have properties such as "ctype" to store elements in. The walls that do store info are limited, some store a boolean "powered" flag, and fan has maps to store info.

Fan is the only wall that has some kind of user interface for setting a property, by doing shift+line on it. This works fine (except on Android, where it's not supported). It would be awkward to draw a property onto a wall like you do with CLNE. I can think of a few inconsistencies users might notice, as the game decides whether to draw some DUST or apply DUST to the wall without drawing anything.

The existing mechanism, PIPE into STOR, works pretty well if you get it right.
