    How does one make such tough alloys, and how can I start making strong alloys and bombs within this game?

    Try experimenting with something simple, like perhaps an alloy consisting of TUNG and TTAN with MERC and BTRY in it, or a bomb that spreads VIRS through the use of PBCN or a bomb that destroys vibranium with anar.
