We aren't a tightly organized dev team, instead it's a loosely organized collection of open source devs, that work on what we want.

@LBPHacker does the most development work, in the future you'll probably see improvements to TPT's interface / code. There will also be a significantly better version of tptmp releasing soon (this is almost done). I don't know what other long-term plans the future will hold.
