    Does the element ROCK from bleeding edge TPT/snapshots turn into STNE when publishing a save? I could have tried this but I'm lazy and dont want to install stock TPT. (EDIT: I have to reinstall it because I got a new computer)

    You cannot publish unreleased elements in the snapshots, it prevents you from doing this. Changing one element to another doesn't make any sense, ROCK and STNE don't have much in common (one is solid, one is powder).
