Set Ambient Temperature

Right now with ambient mode on the environment always cools to 22 C when along the edges, I want there to be an option in settings to change what temp this defaults to. I would like to have a save that cools to absolute 0 or have it always be heating to 800C.

Also, in the current vanilla TPT, you can use the sim.ambientAirTemp() function to change the ambient air temp, but this won't save in saves like it will with the snapshot.
