best filling for pressurisation?

    What would be better for piston-induced pressurisation to generate heat? Refrigerant (because it doesn't have a gas state and a liquid would get squeezed better) or bizzare (because it can have very errotic, hyper, heat-emmitting movement as a gas even when's it's super cold)?

    Wdym "piston-induced pressurisation", also bizzarre doesnt generate heat
