    propably yes, I saw something, but I prefer using LUA or C++ (I have problems with compiling tho)

    yes. the element creator, by cxi is a good one. it doesn't let you create complex  elements, like neut or virs,

    but you can create quite a variety of elements with it. I even made bouncy ball powder with it:)

    Unfortunately, the main limit in this script is that it's not very good at making radioactive elements. :/
