Element Suggestion: Heat Insulator

Just read whole post.
Element suggestion: HINS or HNSL, heat insulator.
Color should be around #ff8080
Name makes it pretty obvious, basically INSL but does not block electricity.
You might be thinking "Uhh... you stupid or something? We already have INSL, blocks both electricity and heat."
Well, yeah, INSL blocks both electricity AND heat. That's the problem. I very often find myself in a situation where I need to insulate a part from heat, but have the heat insulation NOT block electricity.
I hope someone actually reads this post and the element gets added to the game.
Let's see what excuse you have to not add this to TPT :3

Well, there's already a bunch of elements that do this. Any element that doesn't conduct heat will block it. Most are electronics (like ARAY, CRAY, DTEC) that would interfere with your work. But FRME blocks heat and has no interactions, so should work. And if you want something destructable, you can use PIPE (just delete the cover it spawns). SHLD is also good in many cases, besides the fact that sparks regenerate it.
