Random "powder" notepad keeps poping up

    so there is this thing where a notepad named "powder" is created whenevery i open up TPT. how do i fix this problem?

    1) What is in the notepad? Garbage?
    2) Beside the notepad, does TPT itself also open?

    the thing that is in the notepad is infomation like my username, Favorited saves

     

    the second thing is TPT does open
