So, I made this silly and big binary substractor/adder. When using adder mode (set carry to 0) it inverts or shifts output number. Substract mode doesn't works correct at all. But the single unit works fine. All units inputs seem to be sparked correctly and at the same time. 

Red INST - carry

Blue INST - num a

Green INST - num b

I already syncronised WWLD gates, you can test individual module. 

PTCT and NTCT gates are too slow, I already tested them.

Edit:Nevermind, I created better design, it must work now.
