Some saves not showing up on the Website

When sorting "By Votes" the last 6 saves do not show up on the website.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click "Browse" from the website.
2. Click on the last page (button is found in the top right).
3. Notice how the most downvoted save on the website is called "Element Suggestion", not "Pokemon Starter Pokemon".
Affected Saves (save ID):
- 45595
- 1055910
- 419489
- 759414
- 20218
- 25550
This is because the online save browser does not show all saves per page (16 vs. 20), and does not show partial pages of saves.

It's mostly because the page generation system didn't account for partial pages. Most likely the site does is divide the total number of saves by the number viewable per page, then rounds down to the nearest whole number without adding one more page.
A simple fix that I might do eventually when my schedule isn't a complete mess.
