Those elements are hidden for a reason. You can place them on screen but there's currently no proper way to control them.
(You can still use on-screen keyboard or attach a physical one tho.)
Oh, then you can unhide them using "tpt.el.stkm.menu=1"
This will show them in the menu.
On pc versions, you can make an autorun.lua file which gets loaded automatically on startup.
Not sure if it works for android (might be disabled) but you can try making one and placing that code in the file, might work.
The Script Manager runs on android. Just find the script for the script manager on the forums here and "ctrl+c" it, then open TPT and use the "Ctrl+`" command.

Then reopen TPT and check out the scripts that unhide all the elements.
