This might be a good idea. But I'm almost leaning towards disallowing things like this. A lot of times you'll see saves where they author says they used transparent windows or some other mechanism to copy an image almost pixel-by-pixel into TPT (that's how I originally assumed that 2nd save was made). While this is a lot of work, it basically bypasses the cgi rule by manually copying an image. TPT art should be original content, or an original replication (like the 1st and 3rd saves you linked). Not just an exact copy.

This is like the whole debate on copying vs referencing vs tracing. Where would the line be drawn for TPT? Is tracing an image and colouring it yourself an original artwork, or would that count as copying?
For the record I'm all for a rule like this, but figuring out where to draw the line is important :P (no pun intended)
