It's very unlikely we will add an official solid spark. That makes it "too easy". Elements were never intended to be sparked every frame. There's cool subframe tricks to let you do it, but it's still not an intentional design feature.

Also, doing this wouldn't increase the speed of subframe electronics, it would only reduce their size.
