an element similiar to lcry, this can be activated by filt ctype binary code. example:
    O <--- filt(0000000E)
    0 bled pixel off
    1 bled pixel on
    1 bled pixel on
    1 bled pixel on

    O <--- filt(00000008)
    0 bled pixel off
    0 bled pixel off
    0 bled pixel off
    1 bled pixel on

with this can make good 0-1 screens
bled can have deco color
opcional make a special filt can have more code
