Colors and Art in TPT

    I am trying to make a logo based on an image, but i am colorblind. I am trying to match the colors in the image to diferent elemets. Can anyone help me to match the colors? I can make the picture, I just need to know what colors match to what. Thanks!

    Edit:

    I found a better way to explain it: I just need to know what element is the same color of each number

    I can make the shape myself (If you need help comparing element colors, I have a save with every element in it)

    Hopefully that clears some things up!

    You might be able to sample the colors in a paint program to the get the RGB and Hex values. Then using TPT's deco tool "eyedropper" (middle click mousewheel) to figure out the element's individual colors that might be close to it

    (I think someone around here actually has an index of the RGB values for the elements)

    That's me!

    I have a list of elements, their properties and their HEX colour codes on a huge table in my reference. You can find it here. Not sure if this helps, but if you click on the table header "Colour" (header row, 3rd column), it changes the order of the list from the darkest element to brightest element. You can click on it again to swap the order.

    I feel tempted to help you by creating a script that gets you the the element with the closest colour to the one inputted by the user, but I would get in the blurry border between what's considered normal and what's considered CGI if I made something like that.

    If the image you are trying to mimic only has a few colours, you can sample those colours (as per @Lockheedmartin's suggestion), post their HEX or RGB colour codes here and we will try to help you by listing the closest elements to those colours.

     Thanks, but my issue is a lot simpler lol. I just need to know what element matches to each of these #'s:

    Here is a list of the closest matches.
    Note that some of those matches are unstable (like BOMB or LLIF), some of them are powders (like FWRK and SAWD) and some of them are liquids (like PSTE and GLOW). For your own convenience, I included the second closest match, third closest match and so on until a stable solid is found.
    1. STNE => PSTE => PSTN
    2. BRCK
    3. BGLA => LLIF => FWRK => GLOW => BRMT => BMTL
    4. HEAC
    5. PSCN
    6. TNT
    7. BOMB => SAWD => DUST => WAX
    8. IGNC
    9. PSNS
    10. LN2 => LOXY => RFGL => INSL
    11. TTAN

    An important note: the result of using those elements as colours yields a pokemon with a reddish colour rather than the intended brownish colour (the big pokemon, not the small one). It would still look great with those colours, but what I suggest is that you should use those elements as the base colours, and apply dcolour on top with the exact same colours as with the original image. This satisfies people looking at your pixel art from the thumbnail of your save (dcolour disabled) and those opening up your save with dcolour enabled. Here are the hex colours:
    1. 0xFF9C9C9C
    2. 0xFF858585
    3. 0xFF595959
    4. 0xFFCF855B
    5. 0xFF7A4B3B
    6. 0xFFA6614C
    7. 0xFFFFFF94
    8. 0xFFD6C953
    9. 0xFFEB2610
    10. 0xFF92A4DE
    11. 0xFF7382B0

    You don't have to apply them manually, you could use the console to do something like this:
    !set dcolor brck 0xFF858585
    !set dcolor ttan 0xFF7382B0

    Of course, you apply the dcolours via the console after you are done with the pixel art.
    Good luck! I hope this helps.
