Hidden subforums

I've noticed that if I change the number after "Category" in a subforum's URL, I can find hidden subforums:

    https://powdertoy.co.uk/Discussions/Categories/Topics.html?Category=7 (inaccessible)

https://powdertoy.co.uk/Discussions/Categories/Topics.html?Category=10 (inaccessible, Web Archive shows it to be an element suggestion subforum)

https://powdertoy.co.uk/Discussions/Categories/Topics.html?Category=13 (Seems to be another element suggestion subforum, closed/locked around 2013)

    https://powdertoy.co.uk/Discussions/Categories/Topics.html?Category=14 (inaccessible)

What are the other 2 inaccessible ones? Some sort of mod/admin sections?

Edit: I'm terribly sorry for providing false information. Please refer to @Lockheedmartin's post below for the real answer.

    Forum 7 = moderator forum
Forum 10 = element suggestion forum, where anyone could post and reply to them
Forum 13 = element suggestion forum, where only the thread author and moderators / developers could reply. Because forum 10 became too heated in many suggestion threads. (I think this is the reason, I don't really remember either subforum because they only existed for a few months when I first joined in 2011)
Forum 14 = 2012 April Fool's joke subforum, created to look like a secret moderator forum that everyone was "accidentally" given access to

(yeah I'm not funny, this is an actual response :P)

This is going to be a big nerco, but I think they were pages before the website changed because it says "access denied" and it was also a part of April fools, probably a format change/site locks because of the improved editors and "hidden" shenanigans, but you gotta get some fun in your forums, right?

I already responded with what they are. Don't spread misinformation by saying what you "think" they are when you weren't around back then.

There was a site redesign in 2011 or 2012, but it did not affect the subforums or the access denied message.

Mid 2012, if memory serves me correctly. When the site was redesigned.
