    I found a new bug on the powder toy.
    this bug allows you to take any user and then do anything.

    Please give steps on how to reproduce this bug. We need to know how it is caused and what effects it has.

    If you edited powder.pref and changed the username, that is not a bug. It doesn't give you any special access to that user.
