Industrial Age sleep patterns are totally effed up. If you can't sleep 8 hours straight, it's not because there's something wrong with you. It's because you're being forced into an unnatural sleep cycle.
So if you wake up and can't get to sleep again, don't worry about it. Just find something relaxing to do until you get sleepy again. TPT is one of my favorite sleep-inducers. Watching things happen - explosions, soapworms wandering around, spark mazes, anything that takes some time to do something, is...z..zz...zzzzzz :))
