What if we had a "Background Deco".
You will just paint background!
It can be awesome! I know TPT is not an ART game.
But it can be useful! Black background is so boring.
Background deco can be a good thing.
(We will have a button in the right-up corner. When it's selected, you can paint background with DECO tools. Probably this idea will be rejected )

Deco used to work like this in older versions.You could deco the background back then but due to some changes to how deco works and to prevent excessive use of deco it was disabled.
I personally like the idea but i doubt it will be ever added again.

I still wish this were a feature to be honest. Yeah, you can use GRVT to make physicsless deco, but a) it glows in fancy display, b) it takes some console commands to get it to stop moving and not produce gravity, and c) it's a hassle to get it overlapping particles the way you want.
What do you mean by excessive use of deco, by the way? If you mean people making saves with only that and no functionality, that already exists with people just painting INSL. -
But adding things to background will ruin your game. You have fire and fire will collide with the particles
or your machine will not work.
