WTRV not condensing at 100C

Instead, it tends to turn into water at closer to 97.85C.

Is this intentional or a bug?

Water starts turning into water vapor at 97.85° C, I have noticed this just by messing with uranium and water. So I highly believe it's intentional, not a bug.

    When I first noticed it.

It definitely looks like a bug, but I would guess it is intentional. WATR turns to WTRV at 373K = 99.85C, but WTRV turns into WATR at 371K = 97.85C. It's most likely like this to simulate latent heat, where it takes a little extra heat to cause a state transition. It makes it harder for WATR/WTRV to rapidly change states this way.

I just wonder if it should be doing this at 99C/101C instead of both temperatures being under 100C, and not integers.

I was two numbers off, dang it! But I think it works even if it is a bug.

NUCLEAR FOX:  did you know there is a hidden element called "Steam train?"  It's a gas that moves back and forth in a straight line and emits an endless supply of smoke.  The fact that that your save is called "Steam train" made me think of that.  Isn't that something?  *chuckles*
