There could be three sizes of signs that would be selectable in the sign creation menu popup:
- Large: twice the font size of the normal signs, still holds the same amount of characters.
- Normal: the signs we have now.
- Small: half the font size of the normal signs, still holds the same amount of characters.

How would this work? We'd have to create different font sizes to do this. A smaller font size isn't possible. A larger one is but that's too much work with the unicode support we're adding to 94.0 (once new characters start being drawn there could be hundreds of characters)
