Adding The Ability To Resize The Window

    This Would Be A Great Thing To Add If We Could Resize TPT To The Size Of Our Screen Instead Of One Set Screen Size

    Wait for version 94.0 to come out.The resizable window option will be added in that.If you want to test it now ,use snapshot version instead.

    Note:SDL 2 support was added in snapshot 136.
