Do Unpublished Saves Have Different Rule

I was wondering if an unpublished save could get deleted for something like stealing or other reasons.
The main reason I would use online saves and not publishing them is to transfer them between computers, but could I get banned while doing something like that?
Sorry if this isnt where it should be posted, couldn't find anywhere better.

It is fine to upload copies of saves as long as they are private.
Maybe instead you should get a usb drive to transfer your saves. I'm not sure how uploading them would ever be a better option. Local saves are stored in the Saves/ folder, stamps inside stamps/. You can just copy these folders to the new location.
And as long as you log in in the new location, any saves you've favorited will be available in the save browser too.
