How do I fuse OXYG?

I heard I can force even OXYG to undergo fusion, with a high enough temperature and pressure. I don't know what those pressures and temperatures are yet, but I heard that it should produce metal or iron or something. Anybody here know what the temperature and pressure values are for doing this?

To fuse, OXYG needs a temperature above 9700ºC and a pressure above 250,
and it also needs a strong gravity field.

So it's impossible to do without Newtonian Gravity enabled? Is there any level of pressure and temperature that will work for this without Newtonian Gravity enabled?
