Permafrost is like ice but its really hard to melt. It is created by Liquid Nitrogen and Water. And if it touches Neutrons, it turns into CFLM. It has a ctype system like Clone. You set the elements. that it can be melted by.
It bounces Photons away and dissapears
with Protons.
Turns into water with an electric current kinda like Rime.
Not affected by Fire or C4 or any other explosive except Bomb and Dest.
