making steam! need help

    i am making something that is powered by steam but the water in my machine needs to be heated up like water on a pan. can someone help me with this?

    This is my suggestion.

    make a gases only wall on top of the pan so that water will not come up due to pressure and an air only wall on the sides to release pressure. The pan should be made of HSWC, BMTL, METL, or diamond.

    Use fire plus metal, it gives some realism. Also, pressure create by fire is much less than the other heat producing elements.

    If you want little pressure, use plasma encased in diamond or uranium encased in diamond.

    P.S. If you use uranium, put super high pressure around it for about 20 sec. to fully activate it, and then let the pressure go away.
