I already configured it, and made special channels for spamming, you just need to off them in your discord, and i made rules, there cant be any spam as @here or @everyone, i will disable them, why not then?
Discord is good thing, we can share mods here, do any other things...
I already have a bot, my bot, anyone can suggest thing, and i think, if i can i will make it.
Probably due to spam... and they usually like well moderated networks. An IRC room already exists, though http://webchat.freenode.net/ at #powder. You could talk to a user who played TPT at some point in their life. Although this prevents usually lots of spam. Plus, it's not allowed because it isn't official, but by no means I don't know the reason. Possibly they want a mod/dev to create it than wait for Simon to approve it than have it well moderated. I also find Discord useless... That's my opinion.
jacob1 from the last Discord server thread:
Yeah, for now unofficial discord servers aren't allowed. I ended up leaving that unofficial one I tried joining. Every channel was spammed with memes/images and other idiotic stuff (never on topic) and the moderators encouraged it; I was constantly having to remove permissions that were being abused (like mentioning @everyone, and changing people's nicks to harass them); I saw some actual harassment (such as against furries); they recreated the nsfw and shitposting channels against my advice.
There were probably more issues. Since it wasn't my discord server, I didn't really attempt to resolve all of these issues. I just let them be and eventually got sick of it and left. If I ever created my own official discord server, it would have to be properly moderated. (IRC isn't moderated perfectly either, but it's less abusable than discord because it is text-only)
