    every time i download powder toy the filetype changes to PSD! how can i fix this???

    No, winRAR costs money... Use 7-zip

    Winrar doesn't cost anything to use, I only use it for the extracting purposes and thats all anyone will ever need, no exceptions, end of story.

    The Problem may be that there isn't a Powder Toy version designed for Vista, if you look at the "wrong Operating system?" and it is clickable to go to another menu, Vista in either 32 or 64 bit version isn't on there, meaning a version does not exist.

    Sorry, your problem is because you have Vista
