Resize tool.

I have an Idea for a resize tool and how it will work is that it resizes particle to smaller amount of particles for example I draw a big car and it has 1231 particles, then i make it smaller and it has 572 particles and i make it even smaller and it becomes a simple basic tiny car which has 90 particles and then i make it so small that its just as small as 2 particles. it would be really helpful if this was added.

The issue with this is, if you resize things they're going to lose their shape. For things like electronics, this wouldn't work at all.

This suggestion is almost impossible. For a resize tool to work, things would have to be squared or square rooted.

Yeah, but only if you want the parts to be functional afterwards. I think this would function better as a addition to copy/paste/stamp, where you can hit 1/2/3 on your keyboard in order to scale it by 1/2/4

Even then, you're looking at lag equivalent of the game trying to keep up with a bomb breaking the pressure scale and reaching over ten billion. Then there's the excess lag when everything is multiplied. You'd need some serious pc power to cope with the lag.

Um no, not really, scaling would be pretty easy lol

All this tool would do is resize objects. It wouldn't create any lag. There are already saves in game that can shrink objects. It would just be similar to that, adding or deleting pixels.

It would definitely fail with electronics, but it could work with other stuff.
