I see a LOT of suggestions on fixing the stickman bugginess, but why fix it? Stickman is grandfathered in just as much as diamond, but people aren't suggesting to make diamond believable. You know, since diamond under extreme pressure can melt. And by extreme, I mean extreme. Above 50,000K/49,726.85C/89,540.33F, and dissociates at shock pressure of 1.1 to 2.5 TPa. See, if diamond isn't going to change, I don't see why we should make the developers suffer countless headaches and sleepless nights trying to *fix* stickman.
I mean, stickman is already excellent. Can exhale any liquid or gas your cursor was right clicked on before you placed the stickman.
It can jump higher and higher based on timed up-arrow clicks after landing. It can phase through anything in its way. You can fix its life value and make it nearly immortal, as long as it does fly out of the void.
Its legs can extend based on extreme environmental pressure.
Hell. What happens if a *fix* breaks the stickman and makes it so 'fighter' doessn't target it. What if it becomes static and won't move anymore. What if it loses the ability to exhale liquids and gases. Too many what-ifs. In fact, it might be impossible to actually fix stickman without breaking the game. As it is, TPT isn't exactly a high-powered game. You might have to put TPT on a new and more advanced processor to open up new fields of coding.
Stickman is so damn old, fixing it completely might actually crash the game indefinitely. As I'm not knowledgable in coding, don't crucify me if I'm wrong. We don't delete Cracker64 art saves becausse they're grandfathered in. We don't change diamond to where it ISN'T indestructible. Why change stickman?
Fun fact- diamond is flammable, it burns to make CO2
I think the devs would probably make sure the updated stickman wouldn't completely destroy the game before releasing the update? I agree with both sides though- the stickman as it is has a lot of weird, interesting properties, and would be a lot more dull if it worked properly. On the other hand, it's hard to use for the "intended" method as is...
Stickman is easier to use if you quickly tap the arrow key to move it instead of holding it down. One quick tap per second is enough to keep its buggy movement down a peg. I find it easy to use, if only just.

That fun fact is wrong :p
Also nothing is going to change with stickman, so people, please, stop asking.
My WHOLE POST is about not changing stickman.
I don't know about you, jacob, but phasing through walls is only by being a persistant son of a gun and forcing the stickman to do it. That, or the pressure pull of gpmp rips it through many layers. I have seen that done before. One of my bombs rips stickman through many layers. Watching its legs extend beyond measurable belief is hilarious. Made me laugh a few times.
I just don't want to see such a coveted piece of the game change all that much, or change at all. The randomness is what makes it epic to utilize.
How much of TPT stickman is the same as TPG stickman?
If Simon is the creator, did he get inspiration after the Danball TPg, or did he make Danball TPG and want something bigger?
On that note, stickman in TPG might be easier to control, but it certainly doesn't have the same amount of power as TPT stickman. Considering TPG has moveable ball and square... Maybe you can be allowed to look into it.
Rapidly, but paced, tap the hell out of your arrow keys to get stickman to NOT go crazy.
More people would use it. Probably. Lazy people. I'm the epitome of Lazy, but I enjoy the randomosity of stickman.
