I think water should evaporate, all liquids should diffuse, fast moving liquids should pick up particles of powders, and leave them somewhere else, like in reality. Also, most liquids tend to form droplets.
(By the way, sorry for any mistakes in spelling or grammar, English is not my native language)
What do you mean by evaporate? Water turns to steam if you heat it up. It doesn't slowly evaporate like real water, but even if it did the steam would turn back to water immediately.
All of these suggestions would break a lot of saves, unfortunately. It might be possible to make a new liquid that does all or most of them though
It just means coding in a new TPT element called Water Vapor. Properties:
1. Water Vapor is evaporated water.
2. Picks up powders and distributes them elsewhere upon becoming a liquid again.
3. Droplets? That might not be a possible addition seein how every TPT object starts off as a pixel.
You're also talking about dew points (condensation)? Have to think up something.
I'm a coding noob, so this might sound stupid, but...maybe you could make it so powder's weight gets random when water touches it? Then if the "weight" of the powder is lighter than water, it can get above the water, and follow where the water is going until the powder's weight gets randomized again and falls to the bottom of the bed of water when it's "weight" gets heavier? idk.
