Comment indicator on saves in TPT

I had an idea of an indicator that would tell you if somone has commented on a save of your's. It would help with checking some saves without looking at a big bunch. It may be a way to anser people back as fast as possible. I would kinda like jacob1's like counter but on the other side or maybe a new color, or maybe have it as a Exclamation point | ! | . I feel like this can help many players/users in the community.

I'd like to see something like this in TPT. This would help people with many saves, so they wouldn't have to check every save for new comments.

So do you think it should just be an indicator "new comments", or show the number of comments? # of votes already goes in that corner.
I would rather do this with server side changes, which is why I haven't done it yet. Right now the client gets the # of comments on every save in a search, and could definitely do something with that.
