Minimal use of wall.
No copying.

Draw ugly circle of DMDN.
Put POLO inside. Lot of POLO.
Draw even worse diamond bowl on top. (bowl and core must be connected)
Pour some water here and add some clone.
Create some DTEC spaghetti above ugly bowl.
Set DTEC(WTRV).
Connect your spaghetti with PSCN or hand-drawn line of METL.
DONE. That's my super ultra hyper amazing reactor of infinite greatness and many super stuff which works better than anything that human brain can imagine™.

Does it have to specifically be a nuclear reactor or is "nuclear" good enough (talking about things like "You dont use Polonium for fission reactors" "If you use DEUT its technically a fusion reactor" "You didnt put water into it, so its not a reactor") Not that I am good enough to build such an awesome contraption. My hand is too shakey for that.
