    Try re downloading it.Try to turn off your antivirus while downloading and then extract.sometimes the anti virus can false detect tpt as virus and the it gives error as broken file.

    1) Is the file correct (zip one for windows)?

    2) Can you try with 7zip or winrar?

    I'll try to give you a legit answer:
    Did you format your computer and installed the file from backup?
    If so, delete it and try redownloading TPT.
