TEMPerature block: tries to stay at a set heat like NTCT/PTCT but you set the heat while it is off and use NSCN/PSCN to turn on / off,
uses: beats the unpredictable and set nature of using GOL particles as infinite heat-sinks/heaters

nope that just conducts,/doesnt conduct depending on on/off im talking something that stays at and conducts a set temp to its surroundings like GOL particles do
