Because still GOL can be used to cool and moving GOL can be used to heat. Here I only gave one example, but a crapton of other elements and reactions already exist that can be used for heating/cooling.
They are very basic elements that don't do much. They would also be ineffective, because heat conduction is very slow. You are much better off just using other elements to do your heating and cooling.
i think that there should be a fluid like coolant fluid that when inder preasure or compressed by a piston should become cold this could be used in more realistic creations creations could be refrigerators, freezers, snow machiens, ect
