Decoration Tools Won't Work

    I'm new at Decoration Tools so I might make mistakes. I choosed a color, I placed it on WATR, but it didn't work... I had decoration tools on. Can someone help?

    Try ctrl-b

    Try clicking on the colour selection, then press OK again. The system is quite buggy these days.
