MGNT: Magnet atracts brocken electronics, mettal, and atomic partickles such as elecrons and photons

COIL: A coil of wire, delays electricity

Electromagnets should be made by putting COIL around mettal and adding electricity to the mettal

CPPR: copper conducts electricity very quickly and can be used to make ion thrusters with magnets and electromagnets.

Magnetic field: is everywhere, can alter the course of mettal and partickles, disrupted by magnets and electromagnets. Slightly affected by electricity running in mettal.

IONS: can be eccelarated and made with an ion thruster, are the electronless version of plasma and noble gasses

An ion thruster is a fan-like device that eccelarates partickles in a certian derection. Uses noble gasses as a fuil. I'm not sure what would be needed to make it work, but it would be great.

You should read this thread "How to suggest an element": https://powdertoy.co.uk/Discussions/Thread/View.html?Thread=18901

It comes close to being a "List of multiple unrelated elements". In this case though, it looks like you are suggesting 4 new elements and a new field, so that you can make an ion thruster. While it sounds cool, I find it unlikely that someone will put in all the time to create all those new things. It's a lot of work, and the elements seem like they only exist just for one purpose, you haven't defined many reactions with existing tpt elements.

It also might be difficult to code to do exactly what you want. Electromagnetism is a notable feature TPT is missing, and that's just because nobody smart enough has come along and added it yet.

you could do something like this.  id:1943166

One thing I would like to see is induction on TPT. But as @jacob1 said, it would require someone who is very smart to be able to implement it in.
