How can I stop particles from decaying?

I'd like to be able to adjust the lifetimes of the subatomic particles (neutrons, protons, electrons, photons, GRVT) so that they last longer than a few seconds (ideally indefinitely). Is it possible to do this from the console, or is there a mod anywhere out there that changes the decay time of particles?

you can do it with the console or the PROP tool.
set there life to ZERO to make them infinite.
console
!set life prot 0
!set life neut 0
etc...............
