44.6 DOESN'T WORK!

    When i open powder toy 44.6 and i press down click nothing happens!
    The mod i have works fine.
    Can someone please help me?

    Oh and i can delete all the dlls and stuff but when i try to delete the application it says
    Cannot delete powder-sse access is denied
