Deco glitch

    Sometimes when I set the deco color of something, it changes slightly. For example, if I set the red to 255, it might change to 254 after opening/closing the deco editor (I think). This isn't visible, but it seems like a glitch.

    I remember seeing this a long time ago, something was fixed. I can't remember what now at all though,so not sure if this is the bug, or if this was the fix. Hopefully I can look into it, but not sure ... I haven't had any time at all recently.
