What wiki guide are you using? You should always follow the guides, maybe this one: https://powdertoy.co.uk/Wiki/W/Compiling_for_Windows_with_scons.html

In that guide it is covered in the "Getting Needed Libraries" step.

It doesn't, you need to add Platform.cpp and CRMC.cpp to the solution. And maybe some other ones.

You should have said you were using Visual studio though. I gave you a link to the scons guide which won't help (delete any files that you downloaded from the scons guide)

For visual studio, you need to download the libraries here: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/43784416/PowderToy/Required%20Libraries.zip (in addition to adding 2-3 files to the solution which aren't in the ancient premade project)
