    Why is there an announcement that announces an announcement? the fact that the real announcement is delayed or timed and the announcement that announces the announcement announces the time of the announcement is just unreasonable, unless there is some kind of thing that is going to happen exactly or near the time of the announcement that was mentioned as an announcement for the real announcement.
